Welcome! We’re Nick and Min — a family passionate about creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for travelers from all walks of life.

Nick was born and raised in Slovenia and moved to the U.S. to chase his dreams. Though a chemist by training, his heart has always been drawn to fixing things and learning the art of renovating buildings. When he’s not working on projects, you’ll find him traveling, enjoying coffee, reading books, or hitting the gym for a run or workout.

Min is originally from China and works as a physical therapist. He also shares Nick’s passion for exploring new places and cultures around the world.

Together, we’re raising two young kids, and we believe deeply in the power of memories. Our mission is simple: to offer safe, affordable, and comfortable homes where everyday people can create lasting memories—just as others have done for us throughout our travels.
